Dr. Eric EunTaek Oh, DDS, MS
Dr. Eric EunTaek Oh’s goal at Prime Dental Care is to provide the highest quality of patient care in a professional and friendly environment.
He earned his Bachelor of the Arts in Biological Sciences in 2009 at Cornell University. Afterwards, he pursued a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at the Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, which he finished in 2011. In 2015, he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). And finally, he completed his General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in 2016.
During his time at NYUCD, he participated in an honors program called the Program for Survivors of Torture (PSOT). PSOT focuses on providing dental care for patients who have been victims and survivors of torture from a different country and seek refuge in the United States. Also, he participated in Citizen Schools, a nonprofit organization that extends the learning day of middle school students in low income communities by introducing them to various apprenticeships. Along with fellow classmates, he taught students the basic aspects of dentistry, and has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award for his efforts.
Dr. Oh is also part of several organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Bergen County Dental Society, New Jersey Dental Association, and Xi Psi Phi. He is currently pursuing a fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry. Also, he received his Invisalign certification at NYUCD.
Outside the office, Dr. Oh reads in his free time, travels, and loves to eat and try different restaurants in the NJ/NYC area. Also, he enjoys the outdoors and likes to run, hike, and go white water rafting. To date, he completed four marathons and one ultramarathon. He hopes to run a marathon in every state and complete a 100 mile ultramarathon as well!
