I used to be terrified by dentists until I found Dr. Ma's practice a couple of years back. In terms of dentistry I've never felt better taken care of. Not only is all the technology to the latest standard which make streatments like crowns a lot quicker, but also the human side is incredible careful and supportive, putting nervous patients like me at ease. The admin staff is also incredible friendly and efficient and I've never had any problems with my appointments or billing. On the one or two cases where there have been delays I've been notified ahead of time and were able to adjust my schedule.️

My 3 children have been patients of Prime Dental for more than 6 yrs now. I can’t say enough about them! They are an extremely dedicated staff who are professional and personable through and through. My three kids have only attended this office for their dental needs their entire lives and they are probably the only children who are excited to go to the dentist!! I have two boys whom have had everything done from a general cleaning to root canals to complete ortho! All done with care, patience, understanding and a wonderful bedside manner. My daughter who had difficulty getting a tooth extracted due to nerves was finally able to get the extraction done due to the patience of a well attending dentist, dentist assistant and literally the ENTIRE office. Their attention to detail and teamwork is exceptional!! This office is more like an extended family than a dental office. I’ve been going to Prime Dental just under a year. In my time here they have helped me turn around my gums and teeth 100%! Everyone here has been extremely kind and informative. Their care has made a world of difference. It is also very clean inside. They have the most comfortable dental chairs I’ve ever sat in and even have a TV on the ceiling to help pass the time during your appointment. I definitely recommend!

Starting from reception to the assistant to the doctors they are so amazing. I have major dental anxiety and they were above and beyond sweet and nice to me. My husband has been going to Dr Ma and this practice for many years and swears by them so I thought I would try it out. Very pleasant and professional with a great location and good availability, they respond to queries in a timely way and provide reminders for appointments via text which is great since some practices appear to be in the dark ages on some of the practical stuff. Everyone seems to try to ensure you have a pleasant visit (in spite of being to the dentist!) so kudos to the whole operation. Also, a lot of care has been taken to go above and beyond the requirements of hygiene during this pandemic including state-of-the-art air filtration systems.️

I came in for my first appointment with severe pain in my wisdom tooth and they were very helpful from the start. I don’t have insurance, but they have an in-house plan that’s very affordable and can save over $1000 a year and I’m definitely signing up for it. The hygienist was super kind and informative and the dentist was the same. I got here 30 mins early and they started me as soon as I finished my paperwork anyway. Thanks to everyone here for a great experience.️
